Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final.
No Refunds
All purchases made through Ecom Geeks are non-refundable.

Community memberships
Masterminds
Workshops
Live events
Recordings
Downloadable content
Software access
Any payment plans associated with the above
No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Lack of use
Failure to complete a program
Failure to attend coaching calls or events
Dissatisfaction with results
Business performance
Financial hardship
Scheduling conflicts
Failure to implement strategies provided
Payment Plans
If you enroll in a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of participation level, usage, satisfaction, or results achieved.
Payment obligations are not canceled by discontinuing participation in a program or service.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing from Ecom Geeks, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a validly authorized transaction.
In the event of a chargeback or dispute, Ecom Geeks reserves the right to provide documentation, communications, agreements, attendance records, login activity, and other supporting evidence to contest the claim.
